Motion design
2D and 3D animation, titles, animated typography, supers, end cards, product films and campaign motion. I care about pacing, clarity and the finish of every frame.
I’m David Edeburn, a freelance motion designer, video editor, production designer and website developer. I’ve spent decades turning ideas, footage and artwork into finished work.
My experience spans gaming, entertainment, technology and enterprise campaigns. I’m just as comfortable refining an edit or a piece of typography as I am animating a sequence, building a responsive website or preparing a detailed set of deliverables.

I’ve built my career around the craft of making things: shaping a story in the edit, finding an animation’s rhythm, making a complex layout feel clear, and bringing a design to life in the browser.
Over the years, that work has included trailers, social films, motion graphics, key art, HTML5 campaigns, localized assets and websites. Selected projects include work for Blizzard, Square Enix, Disney, Paramount+, Sony Pictures, Google, Deloitte and Pax8.
I remain hands-on. When you book me, you’re hiring an experienced creative who can understand the brief, work with existing source files, take feedback and carry an assignment through the details of final delivery.
2D and 3D animation, titles, animated typography, supers, end cards, product films and campaign motion. I care about pacing, clarity and the finish of every frame.
Trailers, social cuts, campaign films and versioning from supplied footage, game capture or original material. Editorial, sound and graphics come together in a polished final piece.
Key art, layouts, campaign adaptations, localized versions and final artwork. I keep typography, brand standards, file organization and delivery requirements in view.
Responsive websites, landing pages, HTML5 banners and interactive experiences. My design and animation background helps the finished build feel as considered as the original creative.
